Please read these Terms of Service carefully before enjoying Gamions.com. By accessing or playing any game on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

01. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gamions Studio Inc. ("Gamions", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of https://gamions.com, including all games, features, leaderboards, and related digital services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use Gamions.com.

02. Advertising & Monetization Terms

Gamions is an ad-supported free web arcade. To maintain free access to all titles without subscription fees, we partner with advertising networks including Google AdSense.

AdSense & Publisher Standards:
• Gamions complies with Google AdSense Terms and Conditions and Google Publisher Policies.
• In accordance with Google policies regarding sensitive international events, content that exploits, dismisses, or condones armed conflict or war (including the war in Ukraine) is strictly prohibited from monetization and publication on Gamions.
• Users agree not to artificially inflate impressions, employ automated click-bots, or tamper with ad delivery code.

Advertisements displayed on Gamions may be personalized or non-personalized based on your browser settings and cookie consent as explained in our Privacy Policy.

03. Gamions Sparks Virtual Currency

Gamions features an in-game virtual points system known as "Sparks" (⚡):

No Real Monetary Value: Sparks are purely entertainment tokens stored locally on your device or linked session. Sparks hold zero cash value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and are non-transferable.
Earning & Utility: Sparks can be earned through gameplay milestones, daily free logins, or voluntary rewarded video views. Sparks are used exclusively to unlock cosmetic items, level retries, or power-ups in arcade titles.
No Chargebacks: Sparks are provided on an "as-is" basis and Gamions reserves the right to rebalance or reset points in case of technical exploits.

04. Acceptable Use & Player Conduct

You agree to use Gamions solely for lawful casual entertainment. You agree NOT to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any game source code or WebGL shaders.
Deploy automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract site data or alter scores.
Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or ad verification mechanisms.
Harass, submit abusive content, or upload defamatory material in game rooms or multiplayer chat.
Introduce viruses, Trojan horses, or malicious code into our web environment.

05. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, code, visuals, sound design, logos, trademarks, and games (including Cyber Rider, Chroma Stack, Brick Mania, Ludo Super Clash, Cyber Flappy Bird, Knife Master, Neon Snake, and 8-Ball Pocket Pool) published on Gamions.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Gamions Studio or its licensed game development partners.

Gamions grants you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and play our games directly in your web browser for personal non-commercial use.

06. Disclaimer of Warranties

GAMIONS.COM AND ALL ASSOCIATED GAMES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, GAMIONS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free gameplay, zero latency on low-end hardware, or preservation of locally saved progress across browser cache clearances.

07. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GAMIONS STUDIO, ITS FOUNDERS, DIRECTORS, OR DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO USE GAMIONS.COM.

08. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time to reflect updates in arcade features, legal standards, or Google AdSense monetization policies. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Updated" date. Continued use of Gamions after changes signifies your agreement.
